Ever-Watchful is the home of the World Understanding Project, built by two disabled experts combining 60+ years of forensic accounting, statistical research, engineering, and hands-on systems architecture to protect elders, survivors, and children.

Jeannemarie Brooks

Founder | World Understanding Project — Based in Volusia County, Florida

Disabled forensic accountant and AI-assisted developer with 30+ years directing multi-entity financial operations and 46 years hands-on computing experience. Quantitative researcher and statistical analyst.

For over 30 years, directed financial operations for up to eight corporations simultaneously across Florida: multi-million-dollar federal grants, Medicare/Medicaid billing, union contracts, and nonprofit boards. Served as Controller, HR Director, and IT Manager.

In March 2026 unfamiliar with AI. By May 2026 certified across 10+ platforms and 15+ disciplines. Completing A.S. Applied AI & Data Analytics at Daytona State College. Nutrition Coach candidate. Writes all programs, reports, research, and statistical analysis with AI assistance. Built WNP databases using foundation in Lotus 123, Microsoft Access, and decades of coding knowledge. Authored the 36-month business plan for USDA Zone 9a/9b closed-loop production, now in execution.

Disabled and retired construction engineer, IT director, and master craftsman with 30+ years hands-on systems experience. Builds and secures web infrastructure, databases, and physical systems manually — no AI — for reliability.

For 30+ years Jeannemarie Brooks' co-founder, best friend, construction engineer, and farm manager. Does not use AI. Every post, query, and horseshoe ensures no elder, survivor, or child starts from zero.

Web Builder & IT Director: Designs, codes, and secures web infrastructure by hand. Server administration, network security, manual QA testing. Taught Jeannemarie to build computers.

Database Architecture

Implements WNP DuckDB infrastructure: 10-schema system housing 3M+ foods, 967 ICD-10-CM codes, and 99,974 species. All infrastructure built manually to specifications for maximum data integrity and security. Ensures physical and digital systems meet standards of reliability required for safety-critical applications.

Construction Engineer & Farm Manager

Designed and manages a 10-acre closed-loop homestead in Volusia County with livestock hub, aquaponics, food forest, biosecurity, solar, and gravity-fed water systems. Every system — from server architecture to aquaponics flow rates to horseshoes — is built to one standard: protect those who cannot protect themselves. No elder, survivor, or child should ever start from zero.
