Michael Peters
Technical Co-Founder & Systems Architect — Based in Volusia County, Florida
Disabled and retired construction engineer, IT director, and master craftsman with 30+ years hands-on systems experience. Builds and secures web infrastructure, databases, and physical systems manually — no AI — for reliability.
For 30+ years Jeannemarie Brooks' co-founder, best friend, construction engineer, and farm manager. Does not use AI. Every post, query, and horseshoe ensures no elder, survivor, or child starts from zero.
Technical Expertise
Web Builder & IT Director: Designs, codes, and secures web
infrastructure by hand. Server administration, network security, manual QA testing.
Taught Jeannemarie to build computers.
Certified Motorcycle Repair Technician: Applies mechanical systems
logic to database architecture.
Master Farrier & Blacksmith: 30+ years serving private clients
and South Florida racetracks.
Database Architecture
Implements WNP DuckDB infrastructure: 10-schema system housing 3M+ foods, 967 ICD-10-CM codes, and 99,974 species. All infrastructure built manually to specifications for maximum data integrity and security. Ensures physical and digital systems meet standards of reliability required for safety-critical applications.
Construction Engineer & Farm Manager
Designed and manages a 10-acre closed-loop homestead in Volusia County with livestock hub, aquaponics, food forest, biosecurity, solar, and gravity-fed water systems. Every system — from server architecture to aquaponics flow rates to horseshoes — is built to one standard: protect those who cannot protect themselves. No elder, survivor, or child should ever start from zero.
Our Mission
The World Understanding Project at Ever-Watchful combines forensic accounting, statistical research, and manual systems engineering to build technology that protects.
